We collect only what we need to run the platform: - Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, role, country). - Project briefs, supplier applications and demo requests. - Basic technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure.

- To match buyers with vetted suppliers and run RFQs. - To vet supplier applications. - To schedule and run product demos. - To send transactional emails (confirmations, status updates). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We rely on (a) your consent for marketing-style contact, (b) contract performance for RFQ and supplier vetting workflows, and (c) legitimate interest for service security and analytics.

5. Who can see your data

- Authorised ProfiCircle team members. - Vetted suppliers — only after you explicitly accept an RFQ invitation. - Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

We keep submission data for as long as needed to operate the service and to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights
