ProfiCircle is a B2B procurement platform operated by ProfiCircle Inc.. We connect buyers who need warehouse equipment and fit-outs with vetted EU suppliers.

- Buyers use the platform free of charge. - Submitting a brief is non-binding; you choose whether to award a contract. - You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

- Suppliers join the panel after vetting (capacity, certifications, references). - There is no subscription fee. A performance fee applies only on contracts awarded through ProfiCircle. - Suppliers commit to honour quoted prices, lead times and quality standards.

Performance figures, savings percentages, and case-study outcomes referenced on the site describe specific past projects. *Results vary depending on category, supplier availability, project complexity and market conditions.* Nothing on the site is a guarantee of future outcomes.

- No misrepresentation of identity, company or credentials. - No scraping or bulk extraction of supplier or buyer data. - No use of the platform for unlawful procurement activity.

ProfiCircle Inc. acts as an intermediary. Contracts for the supply of equipment and services are concluded directly between buyer and supplier. We are not party to those contracts and are not liable for delivery, installation or product quality disputes, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Delaware.
